So how do we know exactly when to change them?

Well, we'll set you at 9 months by default. That way you can have your first replacements the moment you need them. When your filters are nearing the end though, you'll notice a slight drop in your water pressure.

So when you notice that slight drop, just let us know right here. If everything still seems fine as you begin approaching your year, then it is! And from then on we'll adjust your replacement schedule accordingly.
